I started my VA career in 2014 — long before “remote work” was a mainstream option in the Philippines. Over 10+ years, I've worked across digital marketing, operations, client account management, and CRM automation, including hands-on GoHighLevel and HubSpot work for clients
where I run CRM, paid social, and content operations end to end.
In 2023, I launched my Client-VA Matching service after watching too many good VAs and good business owners miss each other — VAs undersold on their skills, and owners unsure how to vet or manage remote help. Loi Gesmundo Digital exists to fix both sides of that gap: training that actually prepares VAs for client work, and a matching process that saves business owners the trial-and-error.
